Resignation of Director

The Chairman of Jarvis plc, Steven Norris, said:

“I am very grateful to Alistair for the crucial work he did in taking over the finance function at a critical time in the company’s history. He has made a significant contribution to the Group’s ability to survive over the last twelve months. My colleagues and I wish him well for the future.“

Alan Lovell, Group Chief Executive, said:

“I want to thank Alistair for the outstanding contribution he has made to the Group. He has been central to the Group’s success in maintaining the support of its lenders and agreeing extensions of their facilities. Having decided that he does not want to transfer from London when the headquarters relocates to York, Alistair leaves with the good wishes of the board and his executive team colleagues. He is leaving the finance function in the capable hands of Alasdair Marnoch, new Chief Financial Officer, and Kjell Karlsen, Deputy Finance Director.
