Resignation of Director06/02/2004 The Company announces that Andrew Sutton, the Chief Executive of its Accommodation Services Division, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Jarvis plc. The Board has accepted his resignation with regret and has asked Andrew to remain with the Company for the next few months to assist in completing a number of projects for the Accommodation Services Division. Rob Johnson, currently Commercial Director of the Group, will take on the role of Chief Executive of the Accommodation Services Division with immediate effect.
