New Control Centre for JFM Hire

Customers of JFM Hire can now get the answers to all their transport and plant needs with a single telephone call.

The JFM Hire Control Centre opens on February 2 to efficiently answer all customers’ questions with one local rate call, from enquiries about new vehicles to reports of plant incidents. Virtually all calls will be answered within 30 seconds by a trained operator.

The 24/7, year-round facility is staffed by dedicated JFM employees who provide callers with a direct link to our national distribution network for plant and transport stock, and to automotive companies and accident management organisations.

It will also enable the use of passive data tracking, anti-theft real time tracking systems and daily, customer-specific management reports, and will provide true proactive management of third-party support..

Chuck Ives, JFM Hire Managing Director, said: “The control centre is the latest offering in our premium hire service and underlines our commitment to the highest level of professionalism in our dealings with clients. Effective solutions to their needs are now available with a single call to the Control Centre team who are available non-stop around the clock.”

The Control Centre will enable JFM Hire to identify, track and prioritise corporate assets, especially project-critical plant and transport equipment required for business continuity planning.
