As part of its remit the Audit Committee evaluates and assesses the structures and processes of the Group with regard to implementing and delivering good corporate governance and proper systems of internal control. It also works on implementing improvements to the Group's management procedures and programmes. The committee meets on a regular basis throughout the year. | |
