Jarvis Accommodation Services (JAS) undertakes the Group's facilities management services. JAS currently operates numerous long term private finance initiative (PFI) contracts including services within hospitals and day-care centres, fire stations, primary schools, secondary schools and offices. It also operates FM contracts for the British Antarctic Survey and National Express.

The business provides bespoke services including planned preventative maintenance of building fabric and mechanical and engineering equipment, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, insurance inspections, catering, cleaning, production and execution of life cycle plans and variation works.

Standards

All JAS operations are guided by the policies and procedures within accredited Health and Safety , Quality and Environmental (HSQE) management systems, which are supported by accreditation to ISO :9001:2000 and ISO 14001 respectively.

Due to the nature of the operations undertaken by the business it also holds various technical accreditations.
